Job Description:

• System Analysis and Design: Analyze user needs and system requirements to determine the feasibility and scope of software projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define software specifications and architecture.
• Software Development: Design, code, test, and debug software applications based on project requirements. Develop efficient and high-quality software solutions using programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in software applications. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize software performance.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other software engineers, designers, and quality assurance testers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software projects.
• Documentation and Testing: Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and test plans. Conduct thorough testing and verification to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering. Continuously learn and enhance skills to adapt to evolving technologies and programming languages.
• Quality Assurance and Code Review: Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Conduct code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and participate in the debugging and optimization process.
• Project Management and Time Management: Manage individual tasks and meet project deadlines. Prioritize workload, estimate timeframes, and effectively communicate progress and challenges to project managers and stakeholders.
• Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolve software-related issues, and perform software maintenance and updates as required.

Other Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a related field
• Strong OOP Knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Core PHP and PHP web frameworks (Laravel/Lumen)
• Proficiency in DBMS and SQL (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Git
