Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

☕ Prepare and Serve Beverages:

• Brew and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
• Prepare and serve teas, smoothies, and other cafe beverages.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks.

🍰 Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy.
• Provide recommendations on drinks and menu items.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.

🧼 Maintain Cleanliness & Organization:

• Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized.
• Follow health and safety regulations for food and beverage preparation.
• Restock supplies and ensure fresh ingredients are available.

💵 Cash Handling & Order Processing:

• Operate the cash register and handle payments.
• Process online and takeaway orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and follow company policies.

📚 Learning & Development:

• Stay updated on coffee brewing techniques and industry trends.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Previous experience as a Barista is a plus (training provided).
✅ Passion for coffee and customer service.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Basic knowledge of coffee machines and brewing techniques (preferred).

Work Conditions:

• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Standing for long periods and occasional lifting of supplies.
