Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our cafe team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items from the menu, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🍳 Food Preparation & Cooking:

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes according to the cafe’s menu.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Adjust cooking methods based on customer preferences and dietary needs.

🧼 Kitchen Cleanliness & Food Safety:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Properly store ingredients and monitor food inventory to prevent waste.

📋 Inventory & Stock Management:

• Assist in ordering and stocking ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Check food quality and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

🤝 Teamwork & Efficiency:

• Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders, especially during peak hours.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar role (preferred).
✅ Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
✅ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
✅ Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals.
