Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, marinate, and cook various types of momos (steamed, fried, jhol, kothey, etc.) as per the menu.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure the use of fresh ingredients and proper food storage.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and reporting low stock levels.
- Support the head chef or kitchen supervisor in daily food preparation tasks.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
