About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to manage and grow our sales operations in the Koshi Area. The position will focus on achieving sales targets, strengthening dealer and customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales and market activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors to ensure product availability.
- Follow up on sales collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.
- Handle customer queries and resolve market-related issues.
- Implement company sales policies and promotional activities effectively.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the cement or construction industry.
- Good knowledge of the Koshi market with strong dealer/customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned area.
