Position: Account Officer / Senior Account Officer
Location: Gulariya, Kanchanpur (Factory Unit)
Position Overview
Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Jagadamba Alcobev Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Account Officer / Senior Account Officer to join our factory team in Gulariya, Kanchanpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally
- Manage and reconcile inventory and stock records regularly
- Prepare and submit excise reports in compliance with regulatory norms
- Monitor factory-level cash flow, petty cash, and expense claims
- Coordinate with the central finance team for monthly closings and audits
- Handle bank transactions, payments, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely filing of VAT and TDS returns in coordination with the HO team
- Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external audits
- Assist in budgeting and cost control of factory operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree running or completed in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the accounting field
- Knowledge of liquor excise regulations is preferred
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
