Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Corporate Office ( Gairidhara, Kathmandu)
Jagdamba Flour and Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven Area Sales Officer to expand market presence and strengthen distribution networks for our flour products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Ensure timely payment collection and resolve customer concerns
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Report sales performance and market insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or agro-based industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage distributor networks and achieve sales targets
