About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Key Accounts Lead to drive how Springbase.ai is sold, adopted, and expanded across high-value customers — from pipeline generation to long-term account growth.
This is a high-ownership, revenue-impact role for someone who can combine strong sales execution with relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales strategy, pipeline generation (inbound & outbound)
- Lead discovery, demos & consultative selling
- Manage proposals, negotiations & deal closures
- Drive onboarding and early customer success
- Manage key accounts, retention & renewals
- Identify and drive account expansion opportunities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Capture customer feedback & collaborate internally
- Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency
- Track performance, forecasting & pipeline health
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS sales / key account management (preferably AI/SaaS)
- Proven experience across full sales cycle (pipeline → close → expansion)
- Strong communication, negotiation & consultative selling skills
- Experience managing high-value clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales workflows
- Ability to translate product value into clear business outcomes
