Location: IQOS Store, International Club, Sanepa, Kathmandu, Nepal (with regular off-site events, projects, and promotions)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and customer-focused Sales Coach to join our IQOS Store team. The role involves directly engaging with consumers, educating them about less harmful alternatives to smoking, providing guided product trials, and ensuring a premium customer journey through consultation, sales, and follow-up support.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Sales

Educate consumers on IQOS products and their benefits as alternatives to smoking.
Conduct guided trials and onboarding sessions with customers.
Ensure strong conversion through personalized coaching and customer trust- building.

Follow up and Relationship Management

Maintain customer databases and conduct regular follow-up calls/messages.
Drive repeat purchases and brand loyalty through proactive relationship management.

Store Operation and Billing

Handle in-store sales, billing, and daily reporting.
Maintain stock levels and ensure store merchandising standards are upheld.

Events and Activation

Participate in off-site events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
Represent the brand with professionalism and consistency across channels.

Reporting and Compliance

Submit daily/weekly sales and engagement reports to the IQOS Manager.
Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines strictly as per category standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business/Marketing or relevant field).
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer engagement roles.
Strong communication skills in English & Nepali (Hindi is a plus).
Persuasive personality with the ability to influence and educate customers.
Must have their own transport and a personal laptop.
Energetic, proactive, and target-driven.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Remuneration: NPR 30,000 – 40,000/month CTC (based on experience & performance) + variable performance based incentives
