Position: Dryer Operator
Job Location: Biratnagar
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dryer Operator to Manage and monitor drying machines to ensure efficient and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and strong attention to detail
Job Specification:
- Dryer & Decanter Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Decanter & Dryer systems used in DDGS production
- The operator must ensure smooth separation of wet cake from thin slops and its proper drying, and maintaining product quality, plant safety and operational efficiency
- Record all process parameters: feed rate, temperatures, moisture levels, output quantity, and operational hours. Regularly inspect and clean the decanter bowl, conveyor, and discharge ports
- Report abnormalities like excessive vibration, high torque, or product quality issues
Job Requirement:
- 5-7 years of experience in Decanter and Dryer operations, preferably in ethanol, food processing, or feed manufacturing industries
- Basic knowledge of process control instruments, automation systems and mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to handle shift operations independently and respond to emergencies
- Physically fit to handle lifting and standing for long hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
