Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Region

Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager (Eastern Region) will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing the sales operations of Shaurya Cement Industries Limited in the eastern region of Nepal. The role involves formulating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing dealer/distributor relationships, and driving overall business growth in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and market share growth.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance and effective market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand market penetration.
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
- Lead promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities in the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and distribution within the cement or FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a regional or managerial role.
- Strong market understanding of the Eastern Region of Nepal.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
