Position: Sales Officer
Location: Damak, Jhapa
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Ensure effective product availability and visibility across the assigned market.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback on a regular basis.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Running or Completed)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (FMCG, Building Materials, or related industries preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Should own their own two wheeler with a valid driving licensce
