Assistant Manager- Accounts and Finance
Job Overview:
Shaurya Cements Industries Limited is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. The Assistant Manager will oversee accounting processes, prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and assist with tax filings and external audits along with working on improving systems for better accuracy and efficiency.
Location: Corporate Office, Kathmandu
Academic qualification: BBA/ BBS/ MBA/MBS
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 Years of Experience in Related Field( Experience in Logistics Company Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate workflow processes and procedures to develop, recommend and implement procedural and system changes to increase accuracy and efficiencies.
- Oversee overall accounting process of the company
- Prepare financial analysis and reports & performing various analyses and preparing account reconciliations.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with External Auditors for finalization of accounts and filing of monthly tax returns VAT, TDS and ITR Return.
- Perform other accounting duties and support subordinate as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
