Sr Officer/ Assistant Manager – Human Resources *1

Job Station: Corporate Office, Kathmandu
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of experience in HR management within manufacturing, preferably cement or construction

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR and administrative functions
  • Manage employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, training, and benefits administration and separation process
  • Supervise office administration, ensure compliance, and manage vendor relationships
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Ensure HRIS management and proper documentation
  • Generate and present HR and administrative reports as needed

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking abilities and abilities to work under pressure
