HR & Admin Manager – Factory (Manager/Sr. Manager)

Job Station: Mirchaiya, Factory.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in HR and Administrative management within manufacturing, preferably cement or construction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR and administrative functions within the factory.
- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the Cement Division’s needs.
- Manage recruitment, employee performance, relations, benefits, and payroll.
- Collaborate with department heads on talent acquisition and development.
- Supervise administrative operations, ensure compliance, and oversee facilities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Foster employee engagement, organize welfare programs, and facilitate communication.
- Manage compensation structure and benefits packages for factory employees.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, Labor act, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office, and relevant technology platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
