Sr. HR & Admin Executive

Job Station: Factory Based, Mirchaiya, Nepal
Minimum Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cement industry.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures. and programs to support the business strategy and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment process, partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, oversee the onboarding process, develop and implement training and development programs, provide counseling and support to employees, manage compensation and benefits programs, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Knowledgeable about local labor laws and regulations, excellent at communicating with employees, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to use HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
