HR and Operation Manager
Location: Mirchaiya, Siraha
Position Overview:
We are looking for a HR and Operation Manager to lead the team and ensure smooth operations aligning with company goals. Oversee operational functions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates, post vacancies, conduct interviews and assessments for workforce selection
- Shift management and monitoring of employees
- Leave approval and replacement plan
- Manage additional manpower when required on temporary basis
- Timely renewal of agreement
- Address labor grievances and manage injury or accident cases promptly
- Coordinate for issuing letters on disciplinary actions, and warnings
- Ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Guarantee timely payment to workers and maintain workforce satisfaction
- Liaise with HODs to maintain excellent relationship
- Ensure zero deviation from policy through strict adherence
- Should be familiar with Operational practices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years of experience in operations and HR Management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and familiarity with accounting practices.
