Mechanical Shift Incharge
Location: Mirchaiya, Siraha
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the mechanical field, preferably in a manufacturing or cement plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing daily updated plant reports to HOD Mechanical.
- Scheduling, managing, and coordinating maintenance activities, including shutdowns and breakdowns, in collaboration with senior management.
- Coordinating with technicians during equipment repair and maintenance activities.
- Identifying and updating Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- Taking the initiative to improve plant efficiency, cost savings, and productivity.
- Ensuring safety for personnel, machinery, and financial assets
