Education Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline Or any equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 15-20 years of total experience in repairing, maintenance, and Plant operation (Electrical and Instrumentation) in cement manufacturing equipment.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role in the cement Industry.
Technical Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance management methods of predictive inspection tools (SAP & AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of organizational, team building, people management, decision making, budgeting, planning, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of cement products and cement production processes
- Knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and policies.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Skills in Internal and External Organizational relationship management.
