Warehouse Executive
Job Description:
- Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and dispatching IT products.
- Inventory Control: Conduct stock audits, manage inventory levels, and address discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment:
Oversee packing, dispatch, and timely delivery of orders, coordinating with logistics partners. - Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies for increased productivity and safety. - Team management: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure safety regulations and company standards are met within the warehouse.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on stock, warehouse performance, and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with procurement, sales, and other departments to align operations with business needs.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required).
- Experience of at least 2 years is required
- Knowledge of IT products and their handling is an advantage.
