Warehouse Executive

Job Description:

  1. Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and dispatching IT products.
  2. Inventory Control: Conduct stock audits, manage inventory levels, and address discrepancies.
  3. Order Fulfillment:
    Oversee packing, dispatch, and timely delivery of orders, coordinating with logistics partners.
  4. Process Improvement:
    Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies for increased productivity and safety.
  5. Team management: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure safety regulations and company standards are met within the warehouse.
  7. Reporting: Prepare reports on stock, warehouse performance, and ensure proper documentation.
  8. Collaboration: Work with procurement, sales, and other departments to align operations with business needs.

Job Specification:

  1.  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2.  Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  3.  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4.  Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  5.  Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  6.  Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required).
  7.  Experience of at least 2 years is required
  8. Knowledge of IT products and their handling is an advantage.
