Branch Manager- PAC Asia (Consultancy)

Location: Uttardhoka, Lazimpat

Job Description:

The Branch Manager for PAC ASIA is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the branch office, ensuring the successful delivery of international education services. This role involves managing a team, maintaining relationships with educational institutions abroad, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting the organization’s services and achieving business objectives.

Role and Responsibility:

  •  Primarily responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of various day-to-day operations and administration activities pertaining to the region.
  • Responsible for overall targets for the branch.
  •  Plan, organize, and execute conversion activities and events.
  •  Managing the teams, keeping them motivated, and updating them with regular training, effective onboarding and on-the-job training.
  •  Manage and coordinate between head office and branch.
  •  Marketing and expanding network within the territory.
  • Meeting and counselling customers/students as & when required.
  •  Liaison and deliver presentations in high schools and institutes.
  •  Responsible for customer services and satisfaction and seeking feedback.
  •  Responsible for regular leads reporting to management and follow-ups of walk-ins.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Should have excellent knowledge of overseas education for various countries.
  • Should have strong training skills to train team members on various countries.
  • Must have excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skill.
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ensure high level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Ability to deliver product training and onboarding.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple caseloads.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Should be open to travel within India & Overseas.
  •  Experience: 6 – 8 years
