Business Development Manager – PAC Asia (Consultancy)
Location: Uttardhoka, Lazimpat
PAC ASIA is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Head to lead and expand the growth initiatives at our educational consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional service delivery to students and partners.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of PAC Asia’s new business vertical. Your primary responsibilities will
include:
- Institutional Sales: Developing and implementing strategies to promote our services to educational institutions, including colleges, universities and High Schools.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for business expansion and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Business Planning: Creating and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Sales and Marketing Collateral: Developing compelling sales presentations, marketing materials, and proposals to showcase our services and offerings effectively.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, and represent PAC Asia at industry events.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Any bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Professional links and relationships with educational Institutes, High Schools and Colleges will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply them effectively to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build report.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets.
- Openness to travel as required for client meetings and business-related events.
- A passion for the international education industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
