Front Desk Officer
Location: Uttardhoka, Lazimpat
Job Description
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required
Job Specification:
1. Bachelors degree in progress or completed preferred
2. Proven experience in front desk is preferred
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
6. FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED
