HR and Admin Executive – PAC ASIA (Consultancy)

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  •  Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Administer payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
  •  Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
  •  Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Administration

  •  Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
  •  Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  •  Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence efficiently.
  •  Ensure adherence to safety, health, and workplace regulations.
  • Support management in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Qualifications and Skills

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  •  2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
