Sales Assistant
Job Description
- Sales Planning: Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Identify potential customers and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Forecasting: Predict future sales and revenue based on historical data and market trends.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Sales Training: Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Sales Territory Management: Assign sales territories and territories to the sales team for efficient coverage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and build a customer database.
Job Specification:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role in the industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and understanding of the sales process.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
