Sales Assistant

Job Description

  1. Sales Planning: Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Identify potential customers and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  3. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
  4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  6. Sales Forecasting: Predict future sales and revenue based on historical data and market trends.
  7. Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  8. Sales Training: Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  9. Sales Territory Management: Assign sales territories and territories to the sales team for efficient coverage.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  11. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and build a customer database.

Job Specification:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role in the industry.
  2. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Knowledge of sales techniques and understanding of the sales process.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
  6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
