Sales Executive
1. Sales and Business Development:
– Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
– Present, promote, and sell IT products and services to existing and prospective customers.
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
– Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
– Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
4. Sales Administration:
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
5. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support.
– Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
– Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Willingness to travel as needed.
