Individuals meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply for the following job positions:

Position: Human Resource -Assistant to Officer Level

Qualification: At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management

Experience: Candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources Department

He/she should have excellent written/verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact person for HR related activities including recruitment of staffs, employee relationships and HR related compliances
    Prepare different letters/documents related to employee hiring, job description, confirmation. Promotion, experience letters, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with HR bylaws and other relevant polices
  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues
  • Ensure that staff benefits are properly monitored, calculated and disbursed
  • Prepare Document related to staff Loan Disbursement and review salary advances disbursement and settlement
  • Daily checking Attendance Report (Head/Branch Office)
  • Prepare Monthly Delay Calculation report & email as per HR attendance Policy
  • Prepare annual Force Leave Plan in coordination with department head
  • Prepare Staff Travel Order & Settlement of final bill as per Travel Policy
  • Prepare Monthly Payroll in HR Software, upload Monthly Gratuity & CIT List in CIT Website Provident Fund in EPE website
  • Prepare HR Software is updated with required staff details on timely basis
  • Prepare HR related memo related to required staff details on timely basis
  • Prepare settlement memo related to Resigned Staffs
  • Prepare settlement memo related to Resigned Staffs
  • Prepare annual training calendar
  • Coordinating department head for Staff Training as per Annual Training Calendar
  • Coordinate with Vendors related to HR Outsourcing & Staff Uniform
