Position: Junior Sales Assistant (Female)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable products according to their needs.
- Explain product features, quality, prices, and available options clearly to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding curtains, carpets, bedsheets, cushions, pillows, mattresses, foam, and other furnishing products.
- Support sales activities and work towards achieving individual and departmental sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required documents as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Billing, Store, Tailoring, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and organization of the assigned sales area.
- Follow up with customers regarding measurements, stitching, delivery schedules, and other sales-related matters when required.
- Handle customer complaints politely and report unresolved issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain accurate product information and ensure that customers receive correct information about prices and availability.
- Follow company rules regarding discounts, customer dealings, sales procedures, and attendance.
- Maintain professional behaviour, punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic mathematical and calculation skills.
- Pleasant, polite, and professional behaviour.
- Willingness to learn about furnishing and furniture products.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
