Social Awareness Centre (SAC) Nepal is an NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Health, Education, Livelihood, Protection and Climate Change, Disaster Management and Humanitarian Support including Organizational Development and GEDSI. It works with a vision for capable and prosperous society for quality life of women, children and adolescents. SAC Nepal is implementing the different 10 projects partnership with different partners. The projects covered all 10 districts of Karnali Province.

SAC Nepal is going to implement the Breaking Barriers for Girls SRHR (Kishori Sashaktikaran Pariyojana) three years project in Thulibheri and Tripurasundari Municipalities of Dolpa district in partnership with Plan International Nepal/ funded by BMG and coordination with local and provincial governments as well as other stakeholders. Senior Project Coordinator (Sr. PC)

Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge

  • Masters in development studies and at least 3 years project management experience and or Bachelor’s in any discipline with 5 years’ experience. (Prefer to public health and experience in SRHR)
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Good leading skills and staff mobilization as well as motivation.
  • Proficient in documentation, case study, report writing.
  • Willingness to work in remote area.

Purpose of Job

The objective of position is overall leading the project. Communication and coordination with local and provincial government, key stakeholder, CSOs and other will be done by this position.
