Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in software sales or IT solutions (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Preferred Attributes:
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Client Engagement
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth delivery.
- Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements.
