Database and Records Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science/Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Agricultural Economics or related disciplines.
Work Experience: 5 Years of highly professional experience in database design/management of large volume of data, analysis, interpretation and producing reports, coordination with diverse stakeholders for queries, implement and management of all financial and non-financial records system for audit, expert competency in advanced Excel with very sound knowledge of data management capacity across multiple database systems. Must have experience working in Projects involving Socio Economic, Agriculture, Environment, Community Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI), Health, Livelihood and related fields in Nepal.
Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI) Specialist
No. of Vacancy:. 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Environmental Engineering/Management/Science or related disciplines.
Work Experience: 5 years of highly professional work experience involving gender and social inclusion, social environment, health and safeguarding, livelihood restoration plan & management of the project affected persons (PAPs). Must have sound and very competitive experience in designing training material/content and delivery across project team members and project beneficiaries in Projects involving Socio Economic, Agriculture, Environment, Community Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI), Health, Livelihood and related fields in Nepal.
Off-Farm Skill Development Specialist

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Science, Technical Education or relevant discipline with at least Training of Trainers (ToT) level 2 Certificate.
Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of highly professional work experiences in skills development projects including vocational skills and enterprises development to improve the livelihoods of Project Affected People (PAPs) across the country. Must have experience working in Projects involving Socio Economic, Agriculture, Environment, Community Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI), Health, Livelihood and related fields in Nepal.
Livestock Specialist

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science
Work Experience: 5 years of highly professional experience in livestock training management, producing relevant reports and documentation, Must have been engaged in gender equality and social inclusion (GSI) projects with conduct of various training as applicable and required. Must have experience working in Projects involving Socio Economic, Agriculture, Environment, Community Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI), Health, Livelihood and related fields in Nepal.
Agricultural Specialist

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science/Engineering/Agricultural Economics, At least 7 years of experience in implementing Agro-based Projects.
Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of highly professional experiences in design, implementation and conducting of the agriculture related technical skill trainings at least in 3 Agro-based Projects. Entrepreneurship Development Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Applied or Natural Science.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of highly professional experience in planning and conducting business development/enterprise development training and business plan preparation, writing reports and documentations and conducting Business Awareness. Must have experience working in Projects involving Socio Economic, Agriculture, Environment, Community Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI), Health, Livelihood and related fields in Nepal.
District Programme Assistant

Qualification: 10+2 or Certificate/Diploma Level passed in any disciplines
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of highly professional experience in community mobilization, coordination, training management, working with saving and credit cooperative/groups, able to coordinate with local government including experience in conducting training events along with report writing and documentations. Must have experience working in Projects involving Socio Economic, Agriculture, Environment, Community Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI), Health, Livelihood and related fields in Nepal.
