We are now looking for interested and qualified individuals for the various positions at SOS Hermann Geminer Secondary School Itahari.

Job positions:

1. Junior teacher

Required No.: (1) – Grade teaching (Full-time)
Qualification, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant subject with a minimum second division or equivalent.
  • Minimum teaching experience of one year in the relevant subject at the basic level education.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in Early Childhood Development and Education (e.g. Montessori, ECEC, ICDP, etc.) will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, along with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

2. Computer Teacher

Required No.: (1) – (Full-time)
Qualification, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer engineering with a minimum second division or equivalent.
  • Minimum teaching experience of three years in relevant subject at the secondary level education.
  • Candidates with teacher training will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

3. Mathematics Teacher

Required No.: (2) (Full-time:1 and Part-time:1)

Qualification, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with a minimum second division or equivalent.
  • Minimum teaching experience of three years in relevant subject at the basic level education.
  • Candidates with teacher training will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, along with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

4. Science Teacher

Required No.: (1) – Science (Full-time)

Qualification, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a minimum second division or equivalent.
  • Minimum teaching experience of three years in relevant subject at the basic level education.
  • Candidates with teacher training will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, along with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

5. Social Studies Teacher

Required No.: (1) – (Part-time)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences with a minimum second division or equivalent.
  • Minimum teaching experience of three years in relevant subject at the basic level education.
  • Candidates with teacher training will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, along with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

For all the above mentioned positions, candidates must be Nepali citizens below 35 years of age.
