Th Junior Secretary will be responsible for organising and maintaining an efficient and effective office that handles a variety of tasks for the administration, teachers, students, and parents of the school. S/he has to contribute to the efficiency of the delegated tasks by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or other relevant subject with at least a second division or its equivalent, and possesses a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication skills in English and Nepali, along with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience of working with children and young people will be an added advantage.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a two-wheeler driving license.

For the above-mentioned position, candidates must be Nepali citizens aged below 35 years.
