Position: Data Management Officer
Location: Lalitpur
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HIV, TB Harm Reduction or public health programs
- Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting (DHIS2, HMIS, government systems)
- Ability to assist the program Management Unit (PMU) in routine monitoring, reporting, and documentation
- Willingness to travel independently for field monitoring outside Kathmandu Valley
- Empathetic, ethical, and sensitive when working with people living with HIV and key populations
- Strong coordination skills with government stakeholders an implementing partners
- Experience with NGOs/CBOs in HIV or related public health fields is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of administration and logistics
- Fluency in English and Nepali (local Languages an asset)
- Youth and Women with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply
