Position: Field Supervisor

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community-based programs (public health or development sector preferred)
• Experience working with community health workers, such as FCHVs or similar community structures
• Experience in TB or infectious disease programs will be an added advantage
• Strong skills in field supervision and coordination of community-level activities
• Experience in coordinating with health facilities, local stakeholders, and community groups
• Basic skills in data collection, reporting and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and support field staff (Community Mobilizers)
• Willingness to travel frequently within project areas
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical standards, accountability, and inclusive community engagement
