Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation in public health, community development, or related sectors
- Experience, working with government health systems, local governments, and community-based organizations
- Experience in TB programs infectious disease programs, or community health initiatives will be an asset
- Experience in with digital data collection tolls (e.g.,kobo, ODK, DHIS2) is preferred
- Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Strong skills in data collection, management, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to ensure data quality, verification, and documentation
- Ability develop reports and present data clearly
- Ability to support and train field staff on M&E tools and systems
- Good coordination and communication skills with field teams stakeholders
- Fluency in English and local language
