Job Description

  • Build and manage relationships with brands and key sellers of Electronics Category and Plan for the growth of portfolio vendors
  • Enable brands/ sellers to maximize sales on Daraz via a consultative approach, using data trends to drive engagement and product innovation
  • Keep a close tab on the electronics industry and build strong relationships with various internal stakeholders and teams across various functions
  • Identify top sellers, trending products, and new brands that will provide Daraz customers with more variety
  • Develop and execute project plans for the launch of new brands, products and segments
  • Meet targets of portfolio and Maintaining seller’s operational performance, consistently and proactively take initiatives to grow category and portfolio sellers
  • Analyze data to identify issues and areas for growth and create reports for internal and external Stakeholders to track and improve performance
  • Follow-up: A key part of the profile will include not just planning and proposing new initiatives, but also owning them and holding external and internal stakeholders accountable by following up consistently and on time

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in related streams
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in related field
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with internal teams and external parties
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong accountability and ownership values
