SSTF Officer

Sujal Dairy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and innovative professional to join our Sales team as an SSTF Officer. This role is pivotal in driving market efficiency, fostering business growth, and executing strategic initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dealer & stock audits to ensure compliance and optimal stock levels.
  • Identify potential distributors while ensuring compliance & requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor product launch strategies for market success.
  •  Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide business insights.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
  • Prepare and present market performance reports to senior management.
  • Track outlet performance and conduct SWOT analyses for business improvement.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business (MBA/MBS), Marketing, or a related field.
  •  Must have valid driving license and two wheelers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and audit procedures.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
  •  Strong adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Remuneration: As per company policy

Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
