SALES HEAD (2 POSITIONS)

ABOUT US Shree STC Group is a well-established conglomerate in the automobile industry. Building on our legacy of excellence, we are now entering the electric vehicle market as the authorized distributor for two premium brands:

  • JINBEI – Commercial electric minibuses (14–16 seater) from China’s Brilliance Auto Group, ideal for schools, institutions, and transport operators
  • AMPERE – High-performance electric scooters from India’s Greaves Electric Mobility, serving both individual customers and fleet operators

With proven operational expertise and a commitment to sustainable transportation, Shree STC Group is positioned to become Nepal’s premier electric vehicle dealership.

THE ROLE We are hiring two Sales Heads to lead our electric vehicle sales division:

  • Sales Head – Jinbei Commercial Vehicles (B2B focus)
  • Sales Head – Ampere Electric Scooters (B2C focus)

This is a great opportunity to shape strategy and drive Nepal’s EV adoption alongside experienced leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Work directly with senior management on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

Team Management

  • Lead and motivate a team of 4–6 sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales talent
  • Create a results-driven, customer-focused sales culture
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching

Sales Execution

  • Drive end-to-end sales process from lead generation to delivery
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: customers, dealers, fleet operators, institutions, and government agencies
  • For Jinbei: Target B2B clients (schools, cooperatives, transport operators)
  • For Ampere: Target B2C customers and fleet operators

Dealer Network Development

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of 17 dealers across Nepal (Year 2–3)
  • Train dealer sales teams on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Develop dealer performance monitoring systems and incentive programs
  • Work with Dealer Incharges (DIs) to optimize dealer sales performance

Business Development

  • Expand customer base through innovative sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Establish relationships with financing partners to facilitate customer purchases
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Enhance brand visibility and market presence

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Required)

Experience

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in automobile sales (cars, bikes, or commercial vehicles)
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • 2+ years in sales leadership/management role with team of 3+ people
  • Experience in B2B sales (for Jinbei role) or retail sales (for Ampere role)

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Nepali and English
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven team-building experience
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Customer-focused approach with high emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus

BONUS POINTS (Highly Preferred)

  • Experience in electric vehicles or new-age mobility sector
  • Knowledge of Nepal’s EV market
  • Established network with fleet operators, institutions, or corporate clients
  • Experience in high-growth environment
  • CRM/sales software proficiency
  • Understanding of electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and TCO analysis
