Responsibilities include developing new sales opportunities by positioning the Company in the local market, with a strong focus on targeting opportunities within Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare and other industries.

Formulating and supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.

Develop periodic sales KPIs and match quarterly organizational targets.

Manage the client engagement cycle from prospecting, to proposal through to closing and contract signature, including contractual terms and conditions with new clients.

Develop detailed strategic account development plans, including positioning matrix and revenue forecasting.

Oversee satisfaction of client and prospect base including, but not limited to, sales orders, moves, adds, changes, billing, implementation, SLA’s and contractual terms.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a related position within financial services or large corporates
  • Quantifiable experience in direct, B2B, relationship driven, new logo acquisition sales and business development
  • Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals, presentations and speaking in front of groups
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
