Support Officer – Information & Communication Technology (ICT)

We are looking to appoint dynamic, self-driven and resourceful individuals for various roles within the Information & Communications Technology department.

Key Requirements:

Candidates should possess expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • NET Core Programming Languages: Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET CORE, WEB API, and familiarity with version control systems like GIT
  • Core Banking System: Experience in managing and troubleshooting technical and functional issues, End-of-Day (EOD) operations, and understanding of standard procedures within a core banking environment.
  • Relational Databases: Knowledge of database management, including MS SQL, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information Systems (MIS): Skills in BI/MIS development, especially in ETL development and Data Warehouse maintenance.
  • System Administration: Competency in administering systems (Windows/Linux), including data logging, configuration backups, restoration, and recycling procedures.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze, solve problems, and adapt to agile practices and principles.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related fields with 1-2 years of experience in required field. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
