Job Description
- Maintain the process flow for all activities from recruitment to post exit which involves interaction with the P&O team
- Carries out periodic audits of the HR systems to gauge whether the designed process flows are accurately mapped in the systems as well
- Defines SLAs for all of HR activities and ensures they are maintained
- Accountable for providing data/ information required for key initiatives like performance management, engagement surveys, headcount planning, appraisals, etc. and drive the overall timelines
- Understand the HR systems and be the subject matter expert for any system changes, deployment of new functionality, and system related process work or integration project work
- Provide new user training to HRIS and administrative processing for HR users; facilitate system training and communication as needed
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues and work with others (HR partners, vendors) as needed to bring to resolution
- Assist with people data analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring systems are optimized to reduce manual reporting
- Work closely with payroll, compensation, and benefits team members to ensure accuracy of benefits deductions, status changes, compensation, and time/attendance related issues
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Management Human Resource with 4 to 5 years of experience
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced work environment by managing priorities with short deadlines
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of leading process improvement projects
- Ability to research and recommend various aspects of HR process and practices like candidate experience, rewards structure, business continuity, etc. that cater to the needs of the organization
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee data with utmost care and priority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work exposure in multinational companies will be an added advantage.
