- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information integrity.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional manager, branch manager, regional HR to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate for interview and manage the selection process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Department Head.
- Ensure a seamless interview process by providing necessary information and support to both candidates and interviewers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding their interview status and next steps.
- Process employee resignation and conduct exit interview to gather constructive feedback.
- Manage clearance procedures, including the return of company assets and the settlement of final payment.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the off boarding process.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquires and provide guidance on HR related matters.
- Perform assigned HR activities
