SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Acquisition & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- Explore new markets to uncover business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to drive revenue growth.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Manage, train, and mentor the assigned sales team to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Establish and oversee structured sales processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in lead conversion.
- Foster a competitive and high-energy sales culture within the team.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement targeted outbound sales campaigns to reach and engage potential customers.
- Develop customized pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to different customer segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation and brand awareness strategies.
- Ensure seamless handover of acquired customers to the farming team for long-term relationship management.
Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment
- Consult with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Position the company’s products and services as the best-fit solutions for customer requirements.
- Establish credibility and trust with prospects through consultative selling approaches.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue from new clients.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage prospects, sales activities, and team performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration /studies (BBA/BBS) or Equivalent with 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
