Job Description
- Ensure Complaint/Service Request/Inquiry/Suggestions received through Incoming calls are fully registered and addressed with Note of Satisfaction
- Daily check in the system for long pending complaint/ request and follow up for timely closure
- Take up critical complaints personally when necessary
- Update Tollfree manual whenever necessary
Job Specifications
- Intermediate or +2 in relevant subject
- Knowledge of workshop norms, procedure, and management
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of relevant computer applications
