Tender Sales Manager
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Role Overview:
As the Tender Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and winning large-scale tenders for construction vehicles. You will develop strategic approaches to secure contracts, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure our solutions meet client requirements and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tender sales or business development within the construction vehicle or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, contract negotiations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
