Position: Guest Relation Executive
Education: Bachelor’s in Hotel Management
Experience: 2-3+ years in a similar role in a 4-5 star hotel
Key Knowledge and Abilities
- Personally welcome and greet VIP, long-staying and repeat guests upon arrival.
- Coordinate pre-arrival preparations for VIP guests, including room amenities and special requests.
- Conduct courtesy calls to check on guest satisfaction and wellbeing during their stay.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring effective service recovery.
- Maintain and continuously update detailed guest profiles, preferences and special occasions.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests and personalized services.
- Organize special guest experiences such as birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations.
