Tiger Palace by Soaltee, Bhairahawa, a five-star luxury resort located at Bhairahawa, announces an exciting career opportunity for immediate onboarding. We invite applications from competent, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals for the following position, based in Bhairahawa.
Position: Security Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 2-3+ years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Key Knowledge and Abilities
- Supervise security guards during the assigned shift, ensuring proper deployment and patrol coverage.
- Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, back-of-house, perimeter and parking areas.
- Monitor CCTV feeds and access control points during the shift, reporting any irregularities immediately.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms or emergencies, escalating to the Security Manager as needed.
- Control and monitor staff and visitor entry/exit through designated access points.
- Prepare and maintain shift logs, incident reports and handover notes for the incoming shift.
- Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency exits and evacuation routes remain clear and functional.
