JOB OPPORTUNITY
Nepal Eye Program (NEP), Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for various specialized medical and technical positions.
Posiiton: Senior Ophthalmologist (Level: 9 – Time bound)
Number of Vacancies: Few
Qualification: MD/MS equivalent with five years’ experience after MBBS from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates who have done a fellowship.
Responsibilities: Work as a Sr. Ophthalmologist at Hetauda Community Eye Hospital, Khwopa Tilganga Eye Hospital, or TIO’s network hospitals.
Posiiton: Fellowship in Ophthalmology (OPAL, Lens & Cataract, Neuro Ophthalmology, and Glaucoma)
Number of Vacancies: Few
Qualification: MD/MS in Ophthalmology or equivalent. Preference will be given to those who have completed an anterior segment fellowship.
Requirement: Willingness to work in TIO, its network, and partner hospitals after completion of the fellowship.
Posiiton: Ophthalmic Assistant (Level: 5B, Time bound)
Number of Vacancies: One
Qualification: Certificate Level in Ophthalmology or equivalent, registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council.
Working Station: Surgical Community Eye Centre, Solukhumbu.
