Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance cum Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial, administrative, and inventory management tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Oversee inventory management, including stock tracking, replenishment, and optimization
- Assist in HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in finance, administrative, and inventory management roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
